We are a diverse group of educators who have shared experiences of moving abroad from Canada, America, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland and England and South Africa. Our consultants will support your journey from the initial screening stage until you have successfully completed your probationary period. All of our consultants have held teaching and administrative positions within both public and private sectors in the UAE, which has enabled our team to have invaluable insight and provide a unique ‘best fit’ approach to finding the right school for the right candidate.

We provide Transitional Support Sessions during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth entry into the new school community and to capitalize on strategies that allow teachers to navigate through these unchartered times in Education, with a special focus on well-being and resiliency.  Coaching Sessions can also be arranged with our team to provide support for newly qualified teachers up to the end of their probationary period or beyond.
