The consultants at HER agency have all been incredibly fortunate during their time living and working in the UAE. Many of us arrived in the UAE as teachers and progressed as educators being given opportunities to grow professionally by becoming school leaders, curriculum developers and instructional coaches.
We want to support and continue to contribute to the country that has been incredibly generous to us in so many ways. ‘Projects of the 50’ announcements have revealed several initiatives for the UAE with one being an ongoing focus on Emiratization.

HER Agency seeks to support this initiative and assist UAE National educators find jobs in the private sector as well as help private schools meet the government expectation that 10% of the private sector work force will be filled by talented national citizens.
HER Agency offers a network of successful National educators to support newly qualified Emirati teachers as they graduate and begin their teaching career and journey in the private school sector, as well as young professionals who are navigating their way through the field of education. HER Agency believes that this professional network offers invaluable support from Emirati Nationals who have experienced both the challenges and rewards of a career in education. These mentors provide invaluable knowledge, inspiration and motivation to help guide and encouraged young Emirati educators to reach their full potential.
