  • Bachelor’s degree (Minimum)

  • Bachelor of Education Degree/ PGCE

  • Teacher certification/ license

  • Fluent English Speaker

  • 2 Years’ Teaching Experience

What happens after signing up with HER Agency?

  • CV SCREENING

    Your CV will be screened, and a follow-up call will be arranged if initial screening requirements are met:

    • Bachelor’s degree (Minimum)

    • Bachelor of Education Degree or Equivalent

    • Teacher certification/ license

    • Fluent English Speaker

  • Initial Consultation

    Scheduled Zoom call will provide an opportunity for the candidate to have an informal conversation with a consultant. This is a more candid approach which will allow the candidate to ask any questions they may have before deciding to move forward with a formal interview.

  • FORMAL PRESCREENING INTERVIEW

    Formal prescreening interview scheduled with a consultant. If successful, your CV and interview notes will be forwarded on to a prospective school that align with your profile, experience, and school needs.

  • COACHING SESSIONS

    Successful candidates- your school has the option to continue the partnership with HER agency with coaching sessions provided until you have completed your probationary period.

  • NETWORKING SESSIONS

    Invitations to monthly teacher networking session.
