Elementary Homeroom Teachers

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Homeroom Teachers to join our fabulous team of educators. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and committed to nurturing the intellectual, social and emotional development of all students.

Responsibilities:

·   create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment where students love coming everyday.

·   maintain open and effective communication with parents and caregivers, providing updates on students’ learning and development.

·   collaborate with team to plan and deliver engaging, effective and inspiring lessons.

·   regularly assess and track the progress of each child, communicating with parents both the successes as well as the areas needing additional support.

·   use assessment data to adapt teaching strategies to meet student needs.

·   provide additional support and challenges as needed to ensure each student’s growth and development.

·   foster a love of learning and critical thinking skills in students.

·   participate in school wide initiatives and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent

·       Previous experience teaching as a homeroom teacher is required- minimum of 2 years.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Fluent English Speaker or IELTS Level 7

·       Proficiency in educational technology and digital tools.

·  Experience teaching American Curriculum is preferred
