Science Teacher- Secondary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated General Science Teacher to join our outstanding team of educators in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching the British Curriculum and a strong commitment to fostering the academic and personal growth of secondary school students.
Responsibilities:
Create an engaging and stimulating learning environment that inspires curiosity and a love for science.
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the British Curriculum standards.
Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Assess and track student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
Foster critical thinking and scientific inquiry through practical activities and experiments.
Maintain open communication with parents, updating them on student progress and achievements.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum, share resources, and support school initiatives.
Actively participate in professional development and school-wide events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field (Education degree preferred).
Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching General Science in a secondary school.
Experience teaching the British Curriculum is essential.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Passion for science and inspiring young learners.
